>> police want to put this former high school baseball coach in jail right now after he was charged with molesting a teen boy and secretly filming another boy in a bathroom in the east bay. the coach has disappeared. >> good morning, i am kristen sze. authorities suspect there are more victims. a $300,000 arrest war rent hard -- warrant has been issued for joel kaufman. >> we spoke with the prosecutor in the case who is telling us that the district attorney is also charging him with molesting a boy who was drunk or drugged. here is who they are looking for, a picture of the 52-year-old joel kaufman. he is the head coach of a club baseball team, a traveling time, called california smoke. he now is wanted on a $300,000 arrest warrant. police cannot find him. they have checked the home, the

batting cages he owned in san leandro. he is missing. here is what they plan to charge the coach with if they catch him. >> he will be charged with at this point multiple counts, three felony counts. one count is lewd acts on a child under age 14. he is charged with lewd acts on a child 14 to 15. he is charged with sexual penetration of an intoxicated or a drugged person. those are all felonies the he is charged with two counts of misdemeanor child molestation. he is charged with one count of unlawful video tapeing. >> that is believed to have taken place in a bathroom. joel kaufman has a home that is quiet now with no sign of life or activity. neighbors say joel kaufman kept to himself and they did not know him. i got off the phone with oakland

influence construction contracts for the city. well will hear from one of the council members in a moment. the 40-page audit accuses oakland city council member larry reid and brooks of interviewing with major construction projects of two teen centers and construction at the oakland army base by trying to award a bid to turner construction. the audit says that both broke a city law that prevents elected city officials from telling city workers what to do. the contract was never awarded to turner, the case is serious. councilman reed says that it is lie and the auditor says it is about playing by the rules. >> this report strikes right at the integrity of oakland government. citizens and businesses should be able to live and transact business in a city they know plays by the rules. >> i have never threatened any city staff person regarding their job. i have been an elected official
